Adam F. Bartsch
Adam F. Bartsch is the Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Bearfield & Bartsch Consulting, LLC, bringing decades of experience in systems engineering, cybersecurity, project management, and organizational strategy from both the military and private sectors. After earning his degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, he served as a U.S. Marine Corps Communications Officer, later transitioning to defense contracting, and Federal Civilian, rising to GS-15, leading major systems integration and mission-critical operations. Concurrently, he continued his Marine Corps Reserve service, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and holding key leadership roles. In 2014, he co-founded Bearfield & Bartsch Consulting, delivering expert solutions in IT systems management, cybersecurity, and business strategy for public and private sector clients. With an MBA from the University of Mary Washington, multiple professional certifications, and a deep commitment to leadership, Adam provides trusted expertise in solving complex challenges and driving mission success.
Sonya M. Bartsch
Sonya M. Bartsch is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bearfield & Bartsch Consulting, LLC, a small business located in Murrieta, California. With a diverse background in art direction, banking, and corporate leadership, she brings a unique perspective to delivering tailored solutions across industries.

A graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Sonya began her career as an Art Director at Blair Corporation before transitioning to banking and later advancing within a Fortune 500 enterprise, where her leadership and business acumen earned executive recognition.

Leveraging this experience, she co-founded Bearfield & Bartsch Consulting, overseeing strategic direction, operations, and client relations. Under her leadership, the firm has built a strong reputation for reliability, innovation, and client-focused service in business management, IT systems, project management, and cybersecurity.

Sonya is also a passionate advocate for small businesses, women entrepreneurs, and diversity in business, mentoring emerging leaders and fostering long-term client success.
